How Do You Find the Time...Entrepreneur Tips

Struggling to Find The Time to Make Things Happen?

Here are some tips that I learned along the way as an entrepreneur. To be a successful entrepreneur you need to learn how to juggle things. I run a web design agency, a party bus company, a usb flash drive data recovery site and more. So finding time to do all these great things, I need to put into practice what I'm about to share:

  1. Plan Ahead & Prioritize - the saying goes, "if you don't plan, you plan to fail". Know what's important and prioritize accordingly. Get the big stuff out of the way and you'll easily deal with the small ones later.
  2. Delegate to Regulate - you just can't do everything, so ask others to do it for you. Leave it to the professionals if you can. Or hire a virtual assistant or ask a business partner, if you have one, to do it for you.
  3. Learn From the Best - I love to learn, so should you. The most successful business people are the ones that never stop learning, just ask Zig Ziglar. Which leads me to my next tip...
  4. Make A Decision Already - if you don't learn from the best, its hard to make a decision. Its better to do something, than do nothing. You can't learn from doing nothing.
  5. Make the Time for Life - you are not really living, if you can't enjoy life. So spend time with your family, your friends, and for yourself. Make time with the people you love, its not worth it if you have everything in life, but no one to share it with.
  6. Multi-Tasking Is Over-Rated, or Is It? - really? Personally, I love to do multiple things at a time. I just use it appropriately. Most of the time, you get things done faster, if you focus on just ONE thing. For stuff like eating, walking, exercising, stuff that doesn't require much focus for me, I love doing something on top of it.
  7. Ask From Above - I personally take the time to read my bible and pray, it guides my life, it gives me wisdom that I need. Where do you go for supernatural wisdom, clarity, blessings, etc.? The hard part is putting it into practice at all times, but that's a different post.

These are just a few things I have learned going into business. I hope that was helpful.

Best wishes to you and all that you do. Please feel free to comment and let me know what you think, or if you have anything to add!!! (# 3)

Thanks for reading!!!
